Ingredients
- 3 oz dry red Rosé wine
- 1 cup ice
- 1-2 teaspoons lemon lavender simple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon dried lavender buds
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a small pan, combine the sugar, water, lemon zest, lemon juice, and dried lavender buds. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the mixture slightly thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Strain the syrup into a heat-safe container and chill it until completely cooled.
- In a blender, combine the Rosé, ice, lemon lavender syrup, and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
