Ingredients

  • 3 oz dry red Rosé wine
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1-2 teaspoons lemon lavender simple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried lavender buds
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a small pan, combine the sugar, water, lemon zest, lemon juice, and dried lavender buds. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the mixture slightly thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the syrup into a heat-safe container and chill it until completely cooled.
  4. In a blender, combine the Rosé, ice, lemon lavender syrup, and blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into a glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
