Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup vodka
  • 1 tablespoon culinary lavender
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 tablespoon culinary lavender
  • 4 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Infuse the vodka by combining the vodka and lavender in a re-sealable container and letting it sit for 36-48 hours. Then strain the vodka to remove the lavender.
  2. Infuse the half and half by warming it with lavender, then straining and adding the chopped white chocolate. Let it cool.
  3. In a blender, combine 2 cups of ice cream, 1 1/2 ounces of the infused vodka, and 1/4 cup of the infused half and half/white chocolate mixture. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
