Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 3/4 cup quality vodka
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 vanilla bean
- cheesecloth

Instructions
- Zest the lemon and place the zest in a container with the vodka to infuse for a week.
