Ingredients

  • 0.30 cup water
  • 0.20 ounces green Jell-O powder
  • 0.40 ounces vodka
  • cooking spray
  • whipped cream
  • shamrock sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of a plastic shot cup with cooking spray.
  2. Boil the water in a saucepan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the Jell-O powder into the boiling water until completely dissolved.
  4. Add the vodka and remaining water to the Jell-O mixture and whisk until combined.
  5. Fill the prepared shot cup with the Jell-O mixture and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
  6. Before serving, top each Jell-O shot with whipped cream and sprinkles.
