Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 0.21 oz green Jell-O powder
  • 1/4 cup vodka
  • cooking spray
  • whipped cream
  • shamrock sprinkles
  • 1 plastic shot cup

Instructions

  1. Grease the inside of the plastic shot cup with cooking spray.
  2. Boil the water in a saucepan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the green Jell-O powder with the boiling water until completely dissolved.
  4. Pour in the vodka and additional cold water, and whisk until well combined.
  5. Fill the shot cup with the Jell-O mixture and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
  6. Just before serving, top the Jell-O shot with whipped cream and sprinkles.
