Ingredients

  • 2 oz Jameson Black Barrel
  • 0.50 oz Drillaud Vanilla Liqueur
  • 1.60 oz Fresh squeezed pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp Simple syrup
  • 0.80 oz Fresh Lemon juice
  • 3 Ruby grapes
  • 1 Bar spoon Honey
  • Tiny piece Fresh ginger
  • 3 Basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Muddle 3 ruby grapes and a small piece of fresh ginger in a Boston shaker.
  2. Add the Jameson Black Barrel, Drillaud Vanilla Liqueur, fresh pineapple juice, simple syrup, fresh lemon juice, and honey to the shaker.
  3. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously.
  4. Double strain the mixture over ice cubes into a whiskey glass.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and additional ruby grapes.
