Ingredients

  • 1 oz. vodka
  • Rosé champagne (or sparkling rosé wine)
  • 1/2 oz. ginger syrup
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp. strawberry purée
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 strawberry

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine the strawberry purée and mint leaves.
  2. Add the ginger syrup to the shaker.
  3. Muddle the mixture using a muddler to release the mint's aroma.
  4. Pour in the vodka and add the ice cubes to the shaker.
  5. Shake the mixture vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
  6. Strain the cocktail into a flute using an ice strainer and a sieve.
  7. Top up the drink with rosé champagne.
  8. Garnish the cocktail with a fresh strawberry.
