  • 2 oz PX Rum
  • 1/2 oz Cardamom & Clove Syrup
  • 2 dashes Rhubarb Bitters

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, combine the PX Rum, cardamom & clove syrup, and rhubarb bitters with ice.
  2. Stir the mixture until well chilled.
  3. Strain the contents over a large ice cube.
  4. Garnish with a clove-studded orange peel.
