Ingredients
- 1 1/8 cups cold water
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from about 1 lime)
- Lime zest from 1/6 of a lime
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- Ice
Instructions
- Wash and dry the lime thoroughly.
- Juice the lime and zest a small portion of the lime.
- Stir together cold water and sugar in a glass; set aside.
- In a blender, combine the lime juice, lime zest, sugar-water, and sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth.
- Taste the drink and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour over ice in a glass and enjoy immediately.
