Ingredients
- 4-6 oz sparkling wine (champagne, cava, prosecco, etc. Use sparkling rose for a blush color)
- 1 1/2 oz lychee syrup
- 1 oz rosewater
- 2-3 whole lychees for garnish

- In a champagne coupe or flute, pour 1 1/2 ounces of lychee syrup.
- Add 1 ounce of rosewater to the glass.
