Ingredients

  • 3.50 fl oz lychee juice
  • 1/2 tbsp agave syrup or clear honey
  • 2 drops rose water
  • 1 drop pink food coloring (optional)
  • 7 fl oz chilled Prosecco

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker or jar, combine the lychee juice and agave syrup with a few ice cubes.
  2. Add 2 drops of rose water and a drop of pink food coloring, if desired.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously and taste. Adjust the rose water to your preference, being careful not to overdo it.
  4. Strain the mixture into a Champagne flute.
  5. Top up with chilled Prosecco.
  6. Gently mix using a long spoon.
  7. Garnish with rose petals, if desired, and serve.
