Ingredients

  • 3.50 oz lychee juice (we used rubicon)
  • 1/2 tbsp agave syrup or clear honey
  • 2 drops of rose water, to taste
  • a drop of pink food coloring, optional
  • 7 oz chilled Prosecco

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker or jam jar with a few ice cubes, combine the lychee juice and agave syrup.
  2. Add 2 drops of rose water and a drop of pink food coloring, if desired.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously and taste, adjusting the rose water to your preference.
  4. Strain the mixture into a Champagne flute.
  5. Top up the flute with Prosecco and gently mix with a long spoon.
  6. Garnish with rose petals, if desired, and serve.
