Lychee Rose Fizz
A refreshing and elegant cocktail that combines lychee juice, rose water, and Prosecco for a delightful burst of flavor.
Ingredients
- 3.50 oz lychee juice (we used rubicon)
- 1/2 tbsp agave syrup or clear honey
- 2 drops of rose water, to taste
- a drop of pink food coloring, optional
- 7 oz chilled Prosecco
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker or jam jar with a few ice cubes, combine the lychee juice and agave syrup.
- Add 2 drops of rose water and a drop of pink food coloring, if desired.
- Shake the mixture vigorously and taste, adjusting the rose water to your preference.
- Strain the mixture into a Champagne flute.
- Top up the flute with Prosecco and gently mix with a long spoon.
- Garnish with rose petals, if desired, and serve.
