Lychee Rose Fizz
A refreshing cocktail that combines lychee juice, rose water, and Prosecco for a delightful and elegant flavor profile.
Ingredients
- 3.50 oz lychee juice (we used rubicon)
- 1/2 tbsp agave syrup or clear honey
- 2 drops of rose water, to taste
- a drop of pink food coloring, optional
- 6.75 oz chilled Prosecco
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker (or a jam jar), combine the lychee juice and agave syrup with a few ice cubes.
- Add just 2 drops of rose water and a drop of pink food coloring, if desired.
- Shake vigorously and taste, adjusting the rose water as needed, but be careful not to add too much.
- Strain the mixture into a Champagne flute.
- Top up with Prosecco and gently mix using a long spoon.
- Garnish with rose petals, if desired, and serve.
