Ingredients
- 1 oz Blanco tequila
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz Agave syrup
- 1 Egg white
- 4 dashes Chocolate bitters
- Garnish: Rosemary sprig
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry-shake without ice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled and a smooth froth forms.
