Ingredients

  • 1 oz Blanco tequila
  • 1 oz Amaretto
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Agave syrup
  • 1 Egg white
  • 4 dashes Chocolate bitters
  • Garnish: Rosemary sprig

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry-shake without ice.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled and a smooth froth forms.
