Ingredients

  • 2 mandarin oranges
  • 2 oz vodka or gin
  • 0.50 oz dry vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Vignoli Mandarin EVOO

Instructions

  1. Fill a martini glass and a cocktail shaker with ice and let chill for 2 minutes.
  2. Slice 1 mandarin orange into thin round slices.
  3. Juice the remaining two mandarin oranges.
  4. Combine the mandarin juice, vodka or gin, vermouth, and Vignoli Mandarin EVOO in the cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 to 45 seconds.
  5. Empty the martini glass of ice. Pour the cocktail into the glass and garnish with a slice of mandarin.
  6. Serve immediately.
