Ingredients

  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 2 oz Copalli White Rum
  • 2 oz mango juice
  • 4 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • Garnish: Mint sprig, orchid, lime round

Instructions

  1. In a double old fashioned glass, muddle together the mint, simple syrup, and lime juice.
  2. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice.
  3. Pour in the Copalli White Rum and mango juice.
  4. Using a swizzle stick or bar spoon, mix the ingredients until combined and frothy.
  5. Add more crushed ice and top with dashes of bitters.
  6. Garnish with a mint sprig, orchid, and a lime round.
