Ingredients
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 oz Copalli White Rum
- 2 oz mango juice
- 4 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- Garnish: Mint sprig, orchid, lime round
Instructions
- In a double old fashioned glass, muddle together the mint, simple syrup, and lime juice.
- Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice.
- Pour in the Copalli White Rum and mango juice.
- Using a swizzle stick or bar spoon, mix the ingredients until combined and frothy.
- Add more crushed ice and top with dashes of bitters.
- Garnish with a mint sprig, orchid, and a lime round.
