Ingredients

  • 1/2 large lime
  • 5.30 oz frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/3 fresh mango, cubed
  • 2 tbsp chamoy
  • 1-2 tsp chile-lime salt
  • 1 tamarind candy straw

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lime into a blender.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks, water, cane sugar, and ice to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth, adding small amounts of water if needed.
  4. Rim the glass by dipping it in chamoy followed by chile-lime salt.
  5. Drizzle chamoy into the bottom of the glass and around the sides.
  6. Pour the mango mixture into the glass and add more chamoy on top.
  7. Add the fresh mango cubes on top of the chamoy.
  8. Finish with an extra drizzle of chamoy, a sprinkle of chile-lime salt, and a tamarind candy straw.
