Ingredients
- 1/2 lime
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cane sugar
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 fresh mango, cubed
- 2 tablespoons chamoy
- 1-2 teaspoons chile-lime salt
- 1 tamarind candy straw
Instructions
- Squeeze the lime into a blender.
- Add the frozen mango chunks, water, cane sugar, and ice to the blender.
- Blend on high until you achieve a smooth consistency, adding small amounts of water if needed.
- Rim the glass by dipping it in chamoy and then chile-lime salt.
- Add a drizzle of chamoy to the bottom and around the sides of the glass.
- Pour the blended mango mixture into the glass.
- Drizzle more chamoy on top and add the fresh mango cubes.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of chile-lime salt and insert a tamarind candy straw. Enjoy!
