Ingredients

  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 fresh mango, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons chamoy
  • 1-2 teaspoons chile-lime salt
  • 1 tamarind candy straw

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lime into a blender.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks, water, cane sugar, and ice to the blender.
  3. Blend on high until you achieve a smooth consistency, adding small amounts of water if needed.
  4. Rim the glass by dipping it in chamoy and then chile-lime salt.
  5. Add a drizzle of chamoy to the bottom and around the sides of the glass.
  6. Pour the blended mango mixture into the glass.
  7. Drizzle more chamoy on top and add the fresh mango cubes.
  8. Garnish with a sprinkle of chile-lime salt and insert a tamarind candy straw. Enjoy!
