Ingredients
- 2 oz brandy
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz maple simple syrup (mix 1 part maple syrup with 1 part water)
- 1/2 oz pasteurized egg white
- 1 honey crisp apple slice (roughly 1/8 inch thin)
- Bourbon (enough to coat the apple slice)
- Maple syrup (enough to coat the apple slice)
- Ice
Instructions
- Place the apple slice in a container and coat it with bourbon and maple syrup. Allow it to marinate for at least an hour or overnight.
- In a shaker, combine brandy, lemon juice, maple simple syrup, and egg white. Shake for 15 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 10 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
