Ingredients
- 2 ounces brandy
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce maple simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce pasteurized egg white
- 1 honey crisp apple, roughly 1/8 inch thin slice
- Bourbon, enough to coat the apple slice
- Maple syrup, enough to coat the apple slice
- Tupperware with lid
- Shaker with strainer
- Ice
Instructions
- Place the apple slice in a Tupperware and coat it with bourbon and maple syrup. Let it sit for at least an hour or overnight.
- In a shaker, combine brandy, lemon juice, maple simple syrup, and egg whites.
- Shake for 15 seconds, then add ice and shake for another 10 seconds.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Lay the bourbon-marinated apple slice on top, and enjoy!
