Maple Sleigh Bell Delight
A creamy and comforting winter cocktail with maple syrup, cinnamon, and rye whiskey.
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 whole clove
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of ground ginger
- 1 1/2 ounces rye whiskey (optional)
- Maple syrup, for garnish
- Raw sugar, for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot, heat the whole milk, maple syrup, clove, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, nutmeg, ginger, and rye (if using) until steaming but not boiling, or to 180°F.
- Pour into a mug, garnish with a drizzle of maple syrup and a sprinkle of raw sugar, and serve warm.
