Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz. Japanese blended whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. Maple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. Egg white

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously to combine the flavors.
  3. Strain the mixture back into the empty shaker.
  4. Shake again without ice to froth the egg white.
  5. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  6. Garnish with a mist of aromatic bitters.
