Ingredients

  • 1.70 oz. The Glenlivet Founders Reserve
  • 0.80 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 0.50 oz. Maple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White or 0.70 oz. Aquafaba (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Add The Glenlivet Founders Reserve, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white or aquafaba to a cocktail shaker with cubed ice.
  2. Shake the mixture well.
  3. Double strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over cubed ice or a chilled coupe without ice.
