Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 1/4 ounce limoncello
  • 1/4 ounce Campari
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 large egg white
  • 3 or 4 thin strips of lemon zest, for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients except ice and lemon zest in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake the mixture well.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
  4. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with thin strips of lemon zest.
