Ingredients
- 2 oz. Buffalo Trace bourbon
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz. simple syrup
- 1 large egg white
- Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a stainless-steel shaker with a large ice cube.
- Shake vigorously and strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Tap the bottom of the glass to disperse air bubbles.
- Allow foam to form on top, then garnish with 4 drops of Angostura bitters and carefully swirl them into a design.
