Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Buffalo Trace bourbon
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 large egg white
  • Angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Combine bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a stainless-steel shaker with a large block of ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Tap the bottom of the glass to disperse air bubbles.
  5. Once foam gathers on top, garnish with 4 drops of Angostura bitters and carefully swirl them into a design.
