- 1 1/2 oz citrus vodka (e.g., Charbay Meyer Lemon Vodka)
- 1/2 oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz Meyer lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Meyer lemon peel syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Meyer lemon
Instructions
- In a mixing glass, add the egg white and shake vigorously for 10 seconds without ice.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice, then add the citrus vodka, St. Germain elderflower liqueur, Meyer lemon juice, Meyer lemon peel syrup, and a dash of orange bitters.
- Shake the mixture vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Double strain the cocktail into a sour glass.
- Garnish with fresh Meyer lemon zest.
- To make Meyer lemon peel syrup, peel and cut one Meyer lemon into 1/2-inch strips.
