Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Koloa Reserve Rum
  • 0.50 oz Maraschino liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh Meyer lemon juice
  • 0.50 oz simple syrup
  • 0.25 oz juice from maraschino cherry jar
  • Few dashes of Crude Bitters "Rizzo" bitters
  • Meyer lemon wedges
  • Maraschino cherries with stems

Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice and set aside.
  2. Pour the bar spoon of juice from the jar of maraschino cherries into the glass.
  3. In a cocktail shaker tin, combine the Koloa Reserve Rum, Maraschino liqueur, fresh Meyer lemon juice, simple syrup, juice from maraschino cherry jar, and Crude Bitters "Rizzo" bitters. Shake well.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with Meyer lemon wedges and two maraschino cherries.
