Ingredients

  • 1 oz crème de menthe
  • 1 oz crème de cacao (white/clear)
  • 2 oz half and half (or heavy cream)
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • Whipped Cream
  • Chocolate Sprinkles
  • Andes Mint Chocolate Candy (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine crème de menthe, crème de cacao, and half and half. Shake well.
  2. Drizzle chocolate sauce around the inside of a coupe glass or other stemmed cocktail glass.
  3. Pour the prepared grasshopper cocktail into the glass.
