Ingredients
- 1/8 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed, about 1-2 limes)
- 1/2 Tbsp. lime zest
- 1 Tbsp. honey (agave nectar, or sugar)
- 3/16 cup rum (white or silver)
- 1/2 Tbsp. sweet mint (chopped)
- 1/2 Tbsp. coconut cream
- 3/4 cup ice
- 1-2 Tbsp. water (optional)
Instructions
- Zest one of the limes before juicing to get 1/2 tablespoon of lime zest.
- Add lime juice, zest, sweetener, rum, mint, cream, and 3/4 cup of ice to a high-speed blender.
- Blend the ingredients on medium for 1-2 minutes, or until completely smooth.
- Add more ice if you would like it thicker or additional water if you would like it smoother.
