Ingredients

  • 1.50oz Vodka
  • 0.50oz Creme de Menthe
  • 0.50oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.50oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1oz Club Soda
  • 1 sprig Fresh Mint

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, mix together the vodka, creme de menthe, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. Shake the mixture without ice for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for about 20 seconds, or until well chilled.
