  • 0.50 oz Creme de Menthe
  • 0.50 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.50 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 oz Club Soda
  • 1 sprig Fresh Mint

Instructions

  1. Combine vodka, creme de menthe, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Dry shake the mixture (without ice) for about 10 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for about 20 seconds, or until well chilled.
