Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cucumber
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon runny honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1.70 oz gin
  • Tonic water to top up

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the peas, cucumber, and mint leaves.
  2. Add the honey/agave, lime juice, and gin, then stir well and allow the mixture to infuse for 5 minutes.
  3. Wrap a few cucumber ribbons around the inside of a highball glass and fill it with ice cubes.
