Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons chopped cucumber
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon runny honey or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1.70 oz gin
- Tonic water to top up
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the peas, cucumber, and mint leaves.
- Add the honey/agave, lime juice, and gin, then stir well and allow the mixture to infuse for 5 minutes.
