Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Gin
  • 1 ounce Dry Vermouth
  • 1 ounce Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 peppermint candy
  • 3 mini candy canes (two for rim garnish, one for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, vermouth, peppermint schnapps, and a peppermint candy.
  2. Stir or shake the mixture for 30 seconds.
  3. If desired, line the rim of a martini glass by wetting it and rolling it in crushed candy canes on a plate.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass.
  5. Garnish with a candy cane.
