Ingredients

  • 1 Lime wedge
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 6 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1 1/2 oz silver tequila
  • 1/2 oz peppermint twist Smirnoff
  • 1/2 oz lime juice (divided)
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 mint sprig
  • 1 cup ice (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with the lime wedge, then coat the rim with sugar.
  2. Fill the cocktail glass with ice and add a few pomegranate seeds.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the pomegranate juice, tequila, peppermint vodka, and half of the lime juice. Shake for 10 seconds.
