Ingredients

  • 1 Lime wedge
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 6 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1 1/2 oz. silver tequila
  • 1/2 oz. peppermint twist Smirnoff
  • 1/2 oz. lime juice (divided)
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 mint sprig
  • 1 cup ice (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Run the lime wedge along the rim of a cocktail glass, then coat the rim with sugar.
  2. Fill the cocktail glass with ice and add a few pomegranate seeds.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine pomegranate juice, tequila, peppermint vodka, and half of the lime juice. Shake for 10 seconds.
  4. Pour the cocktail mixture over the ice in the glass.
  5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and a mint sprig.
