  • 3 raspberries
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 1 oz Cocchi Americano
  • 2 oz Riesling wine (preferably New World and acidic)
  • 2 oz white cranberry juice
  • 0.50 oz lemon juice
  • 0.50 tsp creme de cacao
  • 0.50 oz sparkling water
  • 0.50 white sugar cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, muddle the raspberries, mint, and sugar cubes.
  2. Add 3 large ice cubes to the pitcher.
  3. Pour in the Cocchi Americano, Riesling wine, white cranberry juice, lemon juice, creme de cacao, and sparkling water.
