Minty Raspberry Chocolate Sangria

Ingredients
- 3 raspberries
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 oz Cocchi Americano
- 2 oz Riesling wine (preferably New World and acidic)
- 2 oz white cranberry juice
- 0.50 oz lemon juice
- 0.50 tsp creme de cacao
- 0.50 oz sparkling water
- 0.50 white sugar cubes
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, muddle the raspberries, mint, and sugar cubes.
- Add 3 large ice cubes to the pitcher.
- Pour in the Cocchi Americano, Riesling wine, white cranberry juice, lemon juice, creme de cacao, and sparkling water.
- Stir the mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
