Ingredients

  • 3 Raspberries
  • 1 Sprig of Mint
  • 1 oz Cocchi Americano
  • 2 oz Riesling Wine (preferably New World and Acidic)
  • 2 oz White Cranberry Juice
  • 0.50 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.50 oz Creme de Cacao
  • 0.50 oz Sparkling Water
  • 0.50 White Sugar Cube

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, muddle the mint, raspberries, and sugar cube.
  2. Add 6 large ice cubes to the pitcher.
  3. Pour in the Cocchi Americano, Riesling wine, white cranberry juice, lemon juice, creme de cacao, and sparkling water.
  4. Stir the mixture well and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
