Ingredients
- 2.50 oz Nankai Shochu
- 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 0.50 oz Honey
- Assorted Fruits (such as oranges, lemons, berries, etc.)
- Mint (for garnish)
- Ice
Instructions
- In a 16 oz mason jar, combine Nankai Shochu, fresh pineapple juice, and honey.
- Cut assorted fruits into bite-size pieces.
- Add the fruit to the jar, seal it, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably 3 hours.
- To serve, place 4 oz of the fruit and 4 1/2 oz of the liquid in a glass with ice.
- Garnish with mint and enjoy!
