Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)
- 3/4 tsp unflavored gelatin mix
- 1/4 cup Midori
- 1/4 cup sweet and sour mix
- gummy candies (for decoration, optional)
- sprinkles (for decoration, optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring water and sugar to a boil. Once boiling and sugar is dissolved, remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, pour in the boiled sugar-water and add unflavored gelatin. Whisk quickly until the gelatin is dissolved.
- Add chilled Midori and sweet and sour mix to the gelatin mixture and whisk quickly until combined. Optionally, add a few drops of green food coloring for a more vibrant color.
- Using a funnel or injector, pour the gelatin mixture into shot cups. Smooth or spoon out any bubbles that form on top. Fill cups almost to the top, leaving a small gap.
- Place the finished jello shots in the refrigerator and let them set for at least 1-2 hours.
- Garnish the tops of the Neon Melon Bites with gummy candies or sprinkles (both optional).
- Serve as desired.
