Ingredients

  • 2 oz light rum
  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 oz passion fruit puree
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 barspoon grenadine
  • Garnish: orange wheel
  • Garnish: preserved cherry

Instructions

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine the light rum, dark rum, lime juice, orange juice, passion fruit puree, simple syrup, and grenadine.
  2. Shake the mixture until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a large Hurricane glass over fresh ice.
