Ingredients

  • 2 oz oatmeal cookie-infused bourbon
  • 1/4 oz scant maple syrup
  • 12 drops Old Forester Smoked Cinnamon bitters
  • Garnish: cinnamon stick and oatmeal cookie to dunk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass with ice, combine oatmeal cookie-infused bourbon, maple syrup, and Old Forester Smoked Cinnamon bitters.
  2. Stir the mixture until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
  4. Garnish the cocktail with a cinnamon stick and an oatmeal cookie to dunk.
