Ingredients

  • 1/4 large orange, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 1 oz gin
  • 0.50 oz Cinzano Extra Dry vermouth
  • 0.50 oz sweet red vermouth
  • Ice cubes
  • Freshly squeezed orange juice, strained, chilled, to serve

Instructions

  1. Divide the orange pieces among serving glasses and gently crush them with a pestle.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, dry vermouth, sweet red vermouth, and ice. Shake well to mix.
