Paleo Pineapple Bliss

Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 2 fl oz pineapple juice ((organic and pure pineapple juice))
- 1/4 cup coconut cream (( use one without preservatives for the best flavor))
- 3/4 fl oz rum (Bacardi Gold)
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 Tbs maple syrup
Instructions
- Freeze the coconut cream for 3 hours.
- Place all ingredients into a blender: ice, pineapple juice, coconut cream, rum, frozen pineapple, and maple syrup.
- Run warm water on the outside of the can of coconut cream to easily remove it into the blender.
- Blend until reaching the desired consistency.
- This recipe yields approximately 12 ounces of Paleo Pineapple Bliss.
