Paleo Pineapple Bliss

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 fl oz pineapple juice ((organic and pure pineapple juice))
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream (( use one without preservatives for the best flavor))
  • 3/4 fl oz rum (Bacardi Gold)
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 Tbs maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Freeze the coconut cream for 3 hours.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender: ice, pineapple juice, coconut cream, rum, frozen pineapple, and maple syrup.
  3. Run warm water on the outside of the can of coconut cream to easily remove it into the blender.
  4. Blend until reaching the desired consistency.
  5. This recipe yields approximately 12 ounces of Paleo Pineapple Bliss.
