Ingredients

  • 1 fresh passion fruit, plus an additional half for garnish
  • 1.50 oz vanilla vodka
  • 0.50 oz passion fruit liqueur
  • 0.50 oz lime juice
  • 0.50 oz sugar syrup
  • Sparkling wine, chilled

Instructions

  1. Cut open the passion fruit and scoop out all the seeds into a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, lime juice, and sugar syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture well.
  4. Strain the mixture into a coupe or martini glass.
