Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 0.50 cup packed mint leaves
- 4 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 0.50 cup mango rum
- 5 cups tonic water
- 2 cups ice
- 0.50 lime
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, muddle together the sliced peaches, mint leaves, and sugar for about a minute.
- Add the mango rum and muddle again until combined.
- Pour in the tonic water and ice, then stir to combine. Adjust sweetness to taste and add a squeeze of half a lime if desired.
- Optionally, garnish with a few more sprigs of mint before serving.
