Ingredients

  • 1 medium/large white peach
  • 1/4 cup very cold Prosecco
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube the peach, then place it in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the puree through a sieve into a clean bowl.
  3. Chill the puree for a couple of hours, if desired.
  4. Pour the peach puree into a champagne flute.
  5. Fill the glass with very cold Prosecco.
  6. Stir gently to combine.
  7. Add ice cubes if desired.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
