Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach (peeled and pitted)
- 1 tablespoon water
- Sugar or sweetener (if needed, to taste)
- 2 oz prosecco or sparkling wine (chilled)
- Raspberry liqueur (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, blend the ripe peach, water, and sugar (if using) until smooth.
- Strain the peach puree to remove any lumps, then chill for a couple of hours.
- Once chilled, strain the peach puree again for an extra smooth texture, if desired.
- Pour the peach puree into a champagne flute or tall glass.
- Add a dash of raspberry liqueur to the glass.
- Gently top off the glass with prosecco or sparkling wine.
