Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • 3 tablespoons tequila
  • 2 tablespoons Triple Sec
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • Mint sprig
  • Peach slice
  • Salt for rimming

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen peach slices, tequila, Triple Sec, honey or agave syrup, and lime juice. Blend until well mixed.
  2. Add the ice to the blender and blend until the mixture achieves a thick, smooth consistency.
  3. Rim the edge of a glass with a lime wedge and dip in salt.
