Ingredients

  • 5 1/3 fl oz pear juice
  • 3 1/3 fl oz pinot grigio wine
  • 5 1/3 fl oz ginger ale
  • 1/6 pear, thinly sliced
  • 2 sprigs rosemary

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, pour in the pinot grigio wine.
  2. Add the pear juice to the pitcher and stir to combine.
  3. Pour in the ginger ale until the pitcher is nearly full.
  4. Thinly slice 1/6 of a pear, removing the core, and drop the slices into the pitcher.
  5. Add two sprigs of rosemary to the pitcher.
  6. Serve the pear-rosemary spritz cold and enjoy!
